Studio policies
These keep the calendar fair and every appointment unhurried. By booking, you agree to them.
Booking and deposits
No deposit is required to book at this time. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from the studio.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows
Missing an appointment without notice is charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Arriving late
Your appointment is held for a 15-minute grace period. After that, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Patch tests
A patch test is required before any color or tint service. It's scheduled when you book.
Adjustments
If something isn't right, let the studio know within 7 days of your appointment and an adjustment will be scheduled.
Children
Chic Mi Studio is a child-free space. Please arrange care for children before your visit.
Photos
Your photo is only shared online with your permission. You can say no at any time, and it won't affect your service.
