When does Chic Mi Studio open?
Chic Mi Studio opens in San Diego in August 2027. Send a booking request any time and you'll be among the first to hear when the calendar opens.

San Diego, California. Directions and arrival details come with your appointment confirmation.
What does Seoul-inspired mean here?
Soft, lived-in shapes rather than heavy, blunt ones: face-framing layers, lift at the root, glossy finishes and hair that grows out gracefully. It's the precision and calm that Seoul salons are known for.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required to book at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service.
What if I'm running late?
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Do I need a patch test before color?
Yes. A patch test is required before any color or tint service, and it's scheduled when you book.
What if I'm not happy with my result?
Let me know within 7 days of your appointment and we'll schedule an adjustment.
Can I bring my children?
Chic Mi Studio is a child-free space, so please arrange care before your visit.
How should I prepare for waxing?
Let hair grow to about a quarter inch, which is usually two to three weeks after shaving. For a few days beforehand, skip retinoids and exfoliating acids on the area, and avoid waxing over sunburned or broken skin.
How should I come to a hair appointment?
Arrive with your hair styled the way you usually wear it, and bring a few photos of looks you love, plus any you don't.
